What to expect when you call Ottawa Victim Services
Clients can self-refer by calling the office at 613-238-2762 or emailing info@ovs-svo.com for assistance. Please note that you can expect a return call or email within 2-3 business days. Please do not leave multiple messages on the general line. Your call will be returned as soon as possible by staff.
Abuse Policy
In order to provide staff with a safe and healthy workplace, Ottawa Victim Services team members will not tolerate aggressive or threatening behaviour, including verbal threats or abuse. Team members will inform you when you have violated this policy.
